A bright and spacious apartment just a short walk from Broughty Ferry beach, the castle, and the town’s much-loved shops, cafés, and restaurants. Whether you’re here for a family break, a golf weekend, or a work trip, this is a comfortable and well-located base in one of the East Coast’s most popular coastal towns.
This first-floor apartment offers more space than most, with large, light-filled rooms and a simple, practical layout. It’s well suited to families, friends or colleagues travelling together, with flexible sleeping arrangements and everything you need for a short or longer stay.
There are two generous bedrooms that have:
A double bed and a single bed
A double bed
The living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, and all the essentials for preparing and enjoying meals at home.
The bathroom includes a full-size bath with an overhead shower, and the apartment is heated by a gas central system, keeping it warm and comfortable.
Free on-street parking is available right outside and on the surrounding streets - no permit needed.
The Location
The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from Broughty Ferry beach, Castle Green playpark, and Broughty Castle, with its brilliant views and small on-site museum. The train station is nearby, and everything in the town - from independent boutiques and well-known eateries to local favourites like The Selkie and Forgan’s, are easily reached on foot.
It’s a fantastic holiday base if you’re:
Visiting Dundee too (10 minutes by car / 6 minutes by train)
Playing at Carnoustie Golf Links (15 minutes by car)
Exploring St Andrews and the wider East Neuk (about 30 minutes’ drive)
Working in Dundee or the surrounding areas

LOCATION
The apartment is in the lovely coastal suburb of Broughty Ferry, a pleasant and popular area not far from the city of Dundee. There’s a good selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The thriving main street also boasts lots of independent stores, galleries, etc.
Down near the seashore, the striking Broughty Castle is well worth a visit. Dating back to 1490 when it was built to protect the Tay estuary, it now houses a museum which explains the history of this pretty fishing village.
The famous golf courses at Carnoustie and St Andrews are close by and there are other excellent courses locally for avid golfers to test their links game. The beautiful sandy beach nearby provides a haven for wildlife. Families love the excellent children’s playpark at Castle Green and there are lots of local cycle paths too.
