The first floor features a spacious and contemporary lounge overlooking a stunning stained-glass window in a former historic art gallery. As natural light floods the space you will love comfortable and modern furniture, especially with the open fire keeping you cosy.
There’s a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area for 8, and a beautiful bedroom with a king-sized double bed. There’s also a WC and a spacious garden with a patio. The apartment is in the lovely coastal suburb of Broughty Ferry, a pleasant and popular area not far from the city of Dundee. There’s a good selection of pubs, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The thriving main street also boasts lots of independent stores, galleries, etc.
Down near the seashore, the striking Broughty Castle is well worth a visit. Dating back to 1490 when it was built to protect the Tay estuary, it now houses a museum which explains the history of this pretty fishing village.
The famous golf courses at Carnoustie and St Andrews are close by and there are other excellent courses locally for avid golfers to test their links game. The beautiful sandy beach nearby provides a haven for wildlife. Families love the excellent children’s playpark at Castle Green and there are lots of local cycle paths too.
Broughty Ferry train station is just minutes away and being just four miles from the city of Dundee, there are excellent road, rail and air links making for straightforward travel.

Built in 1805, it is one of The Ferry’s oldest buildings. Nestled by the water, this exquisite holiday home offers a unique blend of contemporary city living and tranquil beachside charm, making it the ideal retreat. Fun fact: It was home to the original harbour master, back when Broughty Ferry was used as an international fishing port!
As you step into this beautifully designed space, you'll immediately be captivated by the vibrant and stylish interior. Newly renovated in 2023 with the environment and sustainability in mind, much of the furniture, fixtures, and fittings are recycled, upcycled, locally sourced and true to the heritage of the property.
