Bissets Bond is a modern apartment in the heart of Dundee City Centre.
Located in a B listed former bonded whisky warehouse, the two-bedroom apartment is filled with beautiful features and has been newly refurbished to a very high standard.
The living/dining room has two huge full height arched windows that let in plenty of light. A 58-inch smart TV is mounted on the wall. Spotlights and wall lights are dimmable to allow you to choose the perfect ambience.
The modern kitchen benefits from another wonderful arched window. It has an induction hob, built-in oven/grill, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.
A master bedroom has a king size bed with a luxurious Emma hybrid mattress. Built-in wardrobes have plenty of hanging and shelf space and mirrored doors.
The smaller second bedroom has a compact double bed suitable for one person, with an Emma mattress and a built in wardrobe with mirror doors.
A luxury bathroom has a bath with rainfall shower, heated towel rail and a heated LED mirror.
The elevated ground floor apartment sits above street level and enjoys a good level of privacy. A secure entry door controls access to the block. The bus station is on the same street as the apartment and the train station is less than five minutes’ walk away.

Five minutes walk one way and you reach the Waterfront and a history lover's dream with the recently opened V&A Museum, together with RRS Discovery, Captain Scott's ship for his first exploration of the Antarctic. There is a beautiful walkway with stunning views over the River Tay.
Five minutes walk the other way and you are right in the heart of the city centre, with its lively café culture and many restaurants and bars. Dundee is a big student city, so the High Street is vibrant and full of life. It is also great for shopping - popular for designer brands and High Street labels, interspersed with paved alleyways and an eclectic mix of more specialist retailers which draw shoppers from far and wide.
Everything that you could need in Dundee is within walking distance but if you want to travel further afield and discover more of what Scotland has to offer, Dundee train station is 5 minutes walk. Parking is plentiful - there is both on-street parking and a car park at the end of the road but note that charges apply.
