29 – 7 days before arrival date = 50% of the booking price.

CHANGES BY THE COMPANY
In case the accommodation could not be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, not attributable to the company, the company has the right to substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional payment.

Pop your coats and boots off in the practical yet pretty porch area, which also has a handy downstairs WC. The open plan ground floor makes for easy entertaining with its light and spacious kitchen, dining and living room areas. Patio doors lead out to the gorgeous landscaped gardens and give lovely views when you’re relaxing inside.
Upstairs there are two spacious and comfortable bedrooms, one with twin beds and the other with a double (can convert to twins also). There’s also a handy sofa bed in the master bedroom for extra guests! The modern shower room has a large walk-in shower and heated towel rail and the decor throughout is contemporary and stylish.

'At The Bay' enjoys a beautiful rural setting in the Fife countryside. Located in a small courtyard development, this is a tranquil, peaceful haven in which to relax and recharge. Surrounded by a glorious mix of farmland and forests, plus with the stunning coastline close by, you’ll love the wide diversity of nature which is all around.
There is a wide range of outdoor pursuits in the area including walking, riding, cycling, sailing and of course golf. It’s less than 3 miles to St Andrews, the world famous home of golf with its numerous fine courses and excellent facilities. Closer to the property, and within walking distance, there are the distinguished courses at the nearby Fairmont Hotel, which also boasts excellent spa and dining facilities.
You are well placed to explore further afield from here too. Cupar, Fife’s bustling county market town is close by as is Dundee (15 miles) and the picturesque fishing villages of the quaint ‘East Neuk’ area including Crail, Anstruther, Pittenweem and St. Monans. There are several historical sites of interest in Fife too which are well worth a visit including Kellie Castle, Hill of Tarvit and Falkland Palace. And for beach lovers, the beautiful coastline includes several favourites such as those at St. Andrews, Kingsbarns, Tentsmuir and Elie.
There is private parking for two cars at the property plus a good local road network. There are several railway stations nearby and the regional airport at Dundee offers a selection of short haul flights.

There is ample parking at the property itself, however if you venture into the lovely St Andrews itself you'll find free parking at The Bruce Embankment, just off the Petheram Bridge. Cars can be parked here for the whole day without charge.
